If you say you've improved the visuals, it would be great to include a comparison screenshot of both the source and your encode, rather than just your encode. Use https://slow.pics/ for this. In this case I'm gonna have to agree with Ken and say your encode looks pretty terrible, so if that's an improvement it would be interesting to see the original.

OK, I admit the effect I put on the video it to dark, I going to fix by remove the effect it look very horrible, I not gonna put anything effect after this just increase the detail of the character face and Environment

@ahan94 It takes the power from the nvidia nvenc graphics card, it does not reflect the original quality

Use ryzen style or intel top tab processor in encode program. Use x264 and x265 encoder, images are more clear and beautiful.
