Xunlei is a download manager but afaik basically it's just a leeching program, it can download from torrents but it doesn't upload anything back.

Qbittorrent Enhanced also has an option to autoban any Xunlei (and some more leeching) peers. That's cool if you care about p2p etiquette i guess.
