Subtitles: Revised version of my subs, which used saizen-soldado and ddy as base. Tweaked signs and used the new crunchyroll script to iron out any issues. Also fixed timing issues for OPs and EDs. Thanks to Animorphs for help with TS. Also fixed chapters.
