[◯PMan] Kamisama no Memo-chou Creditless Opening & Endings (BD 1080p FLAC)

Randomly picked show to do the OP/EDs for. The BD featured lots of ugly banding, as well as being relatively blurry and having ugly (although fortunately consistent) edge issues. I have to disagree with VCB's's opinion on the BD quality, however. In my opinion, the quality is overall fairly average, especially for the time. Nothing too great, but it could be a lot worse. The banding is pretty bad, though.

Filterchain included edgefixing, descaling (mitchell @720p), rescaling using a merged nnedi3 + FSRCNNX clip to get a sharper image, with limitations put in place to assure it wouldn't create oversharpening and ringing as is common with FSRCNNX, grain stabilising and weak BM3D denoising, decsize, masked averaged deband (two dumb3kdb calls, one placebo call), and adaptive graining. The Ep1 ED was spared from the descaling. Furthermore, both EDs were also zoned.

EDIT: Ep1 ED is mistagged as creditless. It is, in fact, credited. My bad.
