Eng Sub is not switable means not soft-sub but hard-sub. Is it on purpose?

maybe Eng-Sub embedded option checked on encording.
TakTanaka, there is no mistake here with the video... All WEBRip version of this movie, IS English Hardsub. We have to wait until Bluray comes out to get a RAW video.
I have searched almost all the net and there are only WEBRip version for now.
