Thanks to Zabr for helping me with the masks

Release notes: generic rescale AA from 720 bicubic b = 0.33, c = 0.33 as removing ringingas well, lots of manual jagges fixes, slight de-noise with de-band and detail preservation mask to prevent destruction on dark scenes. That was encoded in HEVC 10-bit with safe compression settings to produce transparent quality video.
