Is it upscaled? I don't know about official Blu-ray release of this OVA. Anyway, thank you. The theme song is the debut from by Okui Masami, and only because of this, I download this anime and watching it.

I don't know who made this but I can tell you for a fact all I've ever seen are laserdisc and really bad vhs releases and maybe a japanese dvd only release but I'm not sure about that.
