Because it was unpopular AND early digipaint. That's why they never released it on BD. And even if they did, it would probably be a QTEC. The reason it was unpopular was because you had to be familiar with the games to get the anime. It also hurt that the anime followed the plot of the 2nd game. Add the that the standard BeeTrain "animation" and well....
