Just remux with your favorite dub/sub, this encode is perfectly sync with the Blu Ray

Oh, yes, I used this. Thank you very much to pwnsweet! So, the subtitles and Galician audio was sync by Hakyra for Animelliure. I only replaced the opening mono version in the Galician audio

This is one of my favourite episodes of the series. Sadly, Gainax lost the original material, so this episode on the Blu Ray has a lot of problems, as you know. I've been working for several weeks to find a compelling setup for the Archival of Evangelion, and this is the result. In addition, I have added a layer of grain and applied a basic color correction.
