All the extras are in one file. Get use to seeing that more often now in these disc to cut down on files. They are there in ts file 6, it is 7 min with all the extras.

Volume 2, it is the only file 6 ts on the set. Already said the file is 7 min long.

you can get creditless opening and ending by using mkvtoolnix.

add 00004.mpls (for 00006.m2ts and 00007.m2ts) from playlist on disc2 to mkvtoolnix. use splitting function with metode before chapter. write all on chapter number to generate all 7 file. the 1 and 2 file is the creditless opening and ending.
