[◯PMan] Melty Blood Type Lumina OP1 (GameRip 720p) [C9A40BC0]

Game looks fun. Haven't played it yet though, saw the OP when opening up the game for the first time and instantly wanted to encode it. :( Starved source, so had to take some extreme anti-compression/blocking measures. Couldn't replace audio quite nicely, so kept the original track. Not particularly happy with the result, so will see what I can do at a later point, or if I can find a better source.

Filtering included fixing the chroma shift, DPIR @ strength=25 (which got rid of most of the compression/blocking issues fairly well by itself, at the cost of oversmoothening some places), scenefiltered AA and dehaloing, weak debanding, and light graining. Additionally, with the overabundance of reds in this OP, as well as how much DPIR fixed those up, I decided to make this a 444 encode as opposed to a 420 one.

Might try my hand at this again later, possibly under a different grouptag. :)

EDIT: Gotten my hands on an improved video/audio source. Will probably re-do under a different tag.
