Basically this release with some modifications - I restyled the subs to match Golo's release, resynced them in episode 6 as well as removed the Golo presents signs.

v2.1 changelog: Fixed some chapters, restyled the subs in a few episodes, added some punctuation marks, modified some TL notes and added a missing font in episode 2.
