What do you mean, trash anime? I found this to be entertaining, that one thing happening before this episode was also hinted at 1-2 episodes before, although I can agree if you want a super realistic anime, then that hinted thing wasn't for you. At the end of the season I'll give this a 7 or 8 probably. I'll admit it is not the best anime of the season.
