speaking of the OVA, yes it's dual audio, but the Signs & Songs subs are a little weird, they don't always show up in full screen when the text on the smartphone is being displayed, just some white and green boxes, same issue with the Anime Time encode, but i suspect it might have something to do with my dual display setup, as switching back and forth sometimes brings the subs back (or maybe just makes the text black)
