I've made a patch using subs I consider better (from Noyr's release at https://nyaa.si/view/1423161) while preserving the ones already present as an alternative: https://mega.nz/file/cTwTzIQQ#gsR-jpr1ksuXNznM8EToM0cA3ojtPVZGqCQoy-Q2BZg

It builds upon EMBER, Balls, AreeGintama and Noyr's work. The subs are also included separately if you want to adapt them to other releases.
