You're not going to get a dubbed version, at least not in English. Sentai Filmworks owns the license for this particularly BD release/rip and they don't dub a lot of the less popular stuff (dubbing is expensive so they only do it when they expect to sell the hell out of an IP).

There it is, the official English blu-ray product page (source of this rip). No dub. If the US version doesn't get a dub, no other English-language distributor (UK, AUS/NZ etc) is going to dub it either. They tend to use the US dubs anyway.

If you care about being able to get dubs for more anime, you shouldn't be pirating anime. The likelihood of getting a dub directly correlates to how many copies they expect to sell of something.

Since I prefer subtitles and grew up watching VHS fansubs (mail-order distribution off of BBS etc) in the 80s and 90s, I don't care about being able to get dubs. And most of the stuff I care about today gets fansubs or officially simul-subbed via a streaming platform. So piracy outside of Japan doesn't affect me. But it definitely affects people who care about being able to get English dubs. Just something to think about.
