I suggest you increase your bitrate a little more to 5000kb/s or 5500kb/s. Even WEB-DL version's sometimes got higher bitrates than yours. I don't expect the quality of OZC-Live but at least not less quality than a WEB-DL. C'mon, it's Blu-Ray either give it more bitrates or using HEVC is a good choice here (if you care about size problem)
