It appears the subtitles for e01 and e02 got switched before the final files were created. Easy to fix with a tool like MKVToolNix.

Funimation must be hiring people off the street to release shows or something, this is an error on their end. They put episode 2's closed captions on episode 1's video, and vice versa. We have confirmed that this is the case on their official website as well. They do absolutely no QA at all, apparently. We will not be doing a v2 since this can be easily fixed by the user with MKVToolNix, as wordless has stated above.
