NOTE: This does not contain any of the pull-outs that were included, as I received this book second-hand from a friend. This means (as far as I know) the stickers (which were just anime screenshots), and an "attention" page (which had larger versions of the chibi Madoka and Homura that are featured in the book). If anyone has that page and is willing to scan it, I would be eternally grateful. This does include the poster, but there is a visible crease, as it was folded while in storage.

I also have and intend to scan the Pia! book, and once I have enough money, will buy the devil Homura + Kyubey book. After that, I believe all official artbooks for the original Madoka franchise will have been scanned at some point in time.
