I just took a look at the at-x raws. Few seconds are indeed missing at the end.

It's Funimation and probably crappy encoding practices or dumb reason for stupid censorship as usual. This is why I gotta say stop ripping from streaming sites and starting subbing from scratch by using Japanese raws.
