For those who want to make volumes:
According to the ToC the volumes are as follows:
v01: case 1-2 +extra +special v02: case 3-9 +special v03: extra + case 7-9 v04: extra + case 10-12 v05: extra + case 13-15
And yes, extra 2-4 come before the cases (chapters). So I guess that is the reading order. The specials are omake and not translated, but for completeness sake, I suggest you get download them by getting the volumes from the Internet Archive:
