However, the video on disc 4 is cut off at about the hour and a half mark. I can confirm that the audio is at full length.

Disc 1 and Disc 2 no error right? Because i'm a cheapskate and can't effort downloading twice the same file :D
No, I checked everything again and the only problem is Day 2 Disc 2 (Day 1, Day 2 Disc 1, Specials and Scans are OK) The problem is it was encoding during nighttime, and windows did a forced restart to update... I didn't check the file and here we are. Also, the patch should be around 500-600MB if you care.

@Setsugennoao What software i can use to combine the Disc 4 file that had missing the half content with 1:1 quality and continue the exact time where its missing? Thank you :)
I cant run the patch file. Put in the directory and double-click doesnt do anything. Or.. is it anyway to do it? Thanks

i follow the guide but when i double click the bat.file nothing happens, what should i do?
@Setsugennoao I managed to patch the file by copy the file to somewhere. Works like a charm. Turns out is Windows problem lol. Btw thanks for guiding!
@Leafnew you can try copy out from the directory and put in the new folder. Try run the bat file there.

I can't even download the patch, it fails whenever I reach the 553MB mark, both on Firefox and Edge
