BTW I notice 2 problemos in episode 2: In the preview of the next episode the english subtitles are not showing and the english dub is not working.

The next episode previews just never got a western release afaik so there aren't any subs or dubs for them period. I considered nuking the previews entirely to polish it up a bit but decided it didn't matter much either way, they're not exactly important
