Yeah it has so much unnecessary bitrate that it can't be compressed anymore or something will look wrong.
The compression issue sounds more interesting than the show, lol. Maybe by making it look wrong you could inadvertently improve it. Either way, it really wouldn't hurt this show one bit.
This is so cringe, even HVAC refuses to properly compress it.
