@IdontKnow That question could as well go to BitBook - I assume they released it because there hasn't been a Scene release of Vol 18 yet and the ebook ruleset does not mention a max time after release.
idk if you don't understand English or what. He basically asked why YOU put up vol 18 when it's already here along with vol 19 and 20.
Take a chill pill. Get it yourself if you are that desperate.
