@Asakura Yeah, I agree that it makes sense as long as you (as a watcher) can grok what "it" is referring to. That's why I think saying "It sounded like I wasn't?" makes more sense in response to "You're not referring to me, are you"? Emphasis on the "you're". If Kyoya had said "That wasn't referring to me, was it"?, then "It sounded like it didn't (wasn't)?" would be less ambiguous.
