[VCB-Studio] Amaama to Inazuma / 甘々と稲妻 10-bit 1080p HEVC BDRip [Reseed Fin]

Amaama to Inazuma / 甘々と稲妻 BDRip Reseed
10-bit 1080p HEVC + FLAC, MKV format. ~ 800 MB / EP.

The Blu-ray of Amaama to Inazuma does not have many artifacts, excluding some subpixel aliasing attached to edges. We applied anti-aliasing and adaptive denoising accordingly.

Reseed comment:

1. Fixed the incorrect naming order for EP09/11;
2. Renamed some files;
3. Re-encoded some files;
4. Removed readme about Webp.txt.
