The ruthless sorcerer Chivas Scotch, a skilled bounty hunter, travels the Spooner Continent, where hostile nations ruled by warlords battle for supremacy. Afaik the legal issues behind the title change have more to do with the name than the number. "Chivas Scotch" is a real whiskey brand, so there were likely some trademark/legal issues that caused ADV to change the name -- similar to the ones with the JJBA Stands named after Western songs and music artists.
Cheers for this...funny name (apparently due to legalities - as 1-2-3 leads to think 3 eps when only 2!) Could do more episodes but guess this one of those pilots that never took off as is. Interesting, Thanks :)
