Mine's stuck on 99.8 too, didn't know what happened, it was fine earlier.

Tried downloading it on a different device, the file is still usable so, I guess it's okay.

@arlez13 I downloaded from Gdrive and try to seed it but it say that file in Gdrive is just 99.8% same as in torrent data, I think your file was modified after you create torrent file ,so please make new torrent and seed new one. Thanks

this came out on the reddit mahouka group a good while ago ... and can still be gotten there

Could be it has been accessed by a reader that stores progress in the file between generating the torrent file and start of seeding. Always turn those reader options off that can change a file.
