As I am able to use x265 in virtue of the enhancement in computer performance, filter processes became different from x264.

This source has lots of scenes that can be easily be damaged (ex.EP.01 - 38s) and different shapes of banding exist

(ex. EP.03 - 16m 21s, EP.11 - 14m 42s, etc. while magnitude and types are different and exist on some scenes)

In the range of 16-bit, I reduced messy parts in dark scenes and aliasing that are resulted from 3D backgrounds, sharpened textures a bit, banding mitigation through dithering, and conducted other operations.

After that, it was adjusted to an appropriate file size.

Since FLAC audio commentaries account for heavy sizes (approximately 200-210MB per one episode),

I was once considered excluding them and use mask line sharpening + enhance the magnitude of dithering + increase bitrates of the video.

However, a survey's results remind me that there are many people who want FLAC commentaries more than those who want QAAC.

In accordance, I attached FLAC audio commentaries.
