That's a CRC, if you run it through a program like RapidCRC it should give you the same result. If not, then the file is corrupted/damaged.
@Edge can't you see the upscaled telecined tv source?
Is that an acronym at the beginning of the file that's supposed to mean Really Awesome Project Encoding?
