Possibly a bad dump? It does not get past the loading screen on PS3 or BizHawk.

Not a bad dump, It has a Works on My Machine™ certification. I tested on ePSXe and POPStarter.

Ok so rom is good. I got it to work on my PS3, but it still gets stuck with ePSXe and Bizhawk so I guess there is something wrong with my machine.
