The encoding of 8000 kb/s rate on this is ridiculous. A 4 minit 34 second long show that really is not animated, more of a story board with a little zooming in and out on pictures, reading a manga comes to mind, would be more enjoyable.
I mean thanks for putting stuff up but the encoding on this is even higher than a Blue Ray release, and it is more like a coloured manga than an anime, and there is no need for any higher than 2000 kb/s
Not something I will bother watching again.

Yami Shibai creators like to spam grain and for a horror anime there's obviously lots of dark scenes so we should welcome all the bitrate we can get. This does look much crisper than earlier seasons so that's good.
