So what is a v0 ? A bad quality version just to be first?....

v0 is basically however it is extracted from crunchyroll. Other versions are revisions, of subtitles or fixes of video or audio and such. Usually v2 is the final version. But if all the problems are fixed at v1 then there won't be v2.
