Description Hatano-kun falls in love with Arisugawa, who is the student council president of their school. Unable to confess, he is gifted by a deus ex machina when he innocently uses his cell phone camera to spy on her. On one of his playbacks, the boy realizes that the girl is not wearing any underwear. But, the next day, when he recounts the previous day's events to the girl, she asks him to do her a favor. After some investigation, he finds out that the girl actually has a repressed exhibitionism fetish - she secretly wants to experience the thrill of showing her naked body to the world, but at the same time doesn’t want anyone besides the boy to know.

Thanks @freaky for sharing this manga. I never knew it was translated since mangaupdates is not always updated.
BTW, I recommend you to play the visual novels done by the author "FreakilyCharming" especially "Teaching Feeling" and "Butterfly Affection". These games are short but amazing, in a freaky way (since vanilla theme is quite boring for me) . I do look forward to his new game "Determinable Unstable".
