no, it's not the BD version. it'd say "BD" in the filename if that was the case. it's just a higher quality, softsubbed stream (VRV) with actual fansubs instead of just the official subs hardsubbed.
Oh, I thought it was the BD version because this one has chapters lol. Thanks for the release.
pretty sure like 99% of our releases have chapters and most of them aren't BD sourced. in this case i just made them myself because the movie is clearly split into 4 sections and each of them have a title.

a BD release says BD in the filename. everything else is web. we haven't released a TV-sourced encode in like 3 or 4 years, so you can safely assume no tag = web.
