I wanted to thank you for posting this. I think back in 2015 or so I recorded this (screen capture) off Animax just to get the closed captions on screen. Getting a raw TS with that information is a dream come true. Also, Kaipan Deka Tojo is easily one of the best episodes in the series. As is Ryotsu vs God. This special is the series at is absolute best. Profound thanks.
