Thanks. What's wrong with 302? Too much lead out time? Or did you mean 301, because while that one does go over a keyframe, that keyframe is not correct.
No, the 301 is good, even when there is (in this case "virtual") keyframe, because she actually speaks over it. In 302 there is too much lead out indeed.
