Yeah, so far as I can tell all versions are censored, and unlike a couple of recent series there isn't a varying degree of censored based upon the source. Given how short each episode is, there will need to be a ton of them to justify the expense of producing a BD version. Then again, the source material did have a considerable run, so there could well be enough episodes in the end for them to do so. We can hope.
In regard to the asshat a bit above, it really says something about someone going around posting the same derogatory remarks on multiple releases of the same title. Have you considered getting a life?
