If you're worried about Sonar, Plex, Kodi, etc... Why not just do S03E02?

Yes I noticed the typo when you first put out the original version with the extra "no". However you didn't understand what I said.
If you're concerned about Sonar, Plex, Kodi, etc... as seen on the Discord/IRC chats, then ideally you'd use S03E02 not S3 - 02.
I personally prefer the current episode numbering system, it's consistent with everything else.
Simply "DanMachi S3 - XX" would've been enough though
