source is 23.976 fps, depends if you prefer the smoothness
It's not gonna be any smoother. If the source video is 23.976 fps, re-coding it into 60 fps will just get duplicated frames inserted to fill up those frame slots. Making the file larger while you get zero benefit. That's why nobody does it.
I have a question, Is it any better to watch 60fps rather than a 30fps version? Although the source is still a 30 fps
