MP3 is so 2000-ish now. Instead of MP3, why not take advantages of the wonderful AAC (a.k.a MP4 audio) codec? It's much better
FLAC is fine, placebo quality, but it's not like we are that limited by storage space these days when an episode of anime is easily over a gigabyte. And it's a good format to use as a source for further conversion if at all necessary (e.g. for listening on the go).
except that itunes no play flac...
