if you listen through earphones/headphones, choose audio track 1 which is stereo. Unless your headphones support virtual support sound, then you can choose audio track 2.

I'll let you decide for that, it is comparable with Koi to Uso and Kuzu no Honkai if you've watched them. The drama is what makes DomeKano worthwhile. But for the "can learn stuff," I doubt about that. It's just a good pastime anime, really.
