Dynit source. Debanded and fixed aliasing.
English subtitles are a mixture of THORA and Commie. Finnish subtitles are from inFIN. German and Italian subtitles were OCRed from their respective Blu-rays. Chapters are from the Italian Blu-ray, but chapter names are from the Japanese Blu-ray. The Italian Blu-ray has a chapter after the credits, which the Japanese one is missing, but is unnamed on the Italian one. The rest of the chapters are identical. The USA Blu-ray has different chapters and is lacking chapter names.
