I already see at 2.39 that the sign is not snapped to keyframe, so doesnt seem fixed to me.

Because signs were timed to this particular rips ONLY. If you want to use any other rips, you'll have to retime it.

Ofcourse I used your own release to check it. It's just the first thing I noticed is that the sign is not snapped. But well, I think most people are fine with it anyway.
