I'd say wait for Asenshi-MTBB. Based on their updates on discord I think subs will be released in a day or two. Or if you are impatient then use the (most likely) shitty PGS if they are included.

Nothing wrong with the audio-it has both 2.0 and 5.1 pcm tracks, you must have a fucked up audio system. And the available english subtitles are perfectly fine.
