I'm not the OP, but the H patch is optional and can be toggled in-game. I don't see any issue in it being here from my perspective.

This upload have Unlimited Blade Works/Heaven's Feel or only Fate route?
All 3. Ultimate Edition patches them all together.
Are all the routes in Fate.exe? Can I select any route or do I need finish in order?
