At the top of a large structure in Tokyo Bay, a scientist walks to the edge and, despite the cries of onlookers, throws himself into the sea to his death. Weeks later, the Special Vehicle Division (SVD) has had little respite due to a recent rash of Labor malfunctions resulting in massive citywide destruction.

No one seems to know the cause of the malfunctions; the only hint points to a cover-up involving a military-class Labor going on a rampage — without a pilot. It is soon evident that a disaster of epic proportions is taking shape, and only Gotou, Shinobu, and the SVD can counter it. Encoded from the US BD. Triple Audio: Japanese (5.1 Dolby TrueHD), English [Bandai] (5.1 FLAC), English {Manga Entertainment] (Stereo AAC). Since my original release was a re-encode and I recently got my hands on the US BD Box, I thought these were worth a revisit. Probably nothing game changing but it should be nominally better quality. I swapped the US BD's Japanese PCM track fro the HK's Dolby TrueHD track because I find it to be a more flexible format. Includes special features this time.

I will be doing the TV series and 2nd OVA series later, since they were a separate continuity and they will take more time I decided to not to wait around releasing them.
