this is a proper Remux, please don't convert audio to FLAC.
We will always convert pcm track to flac.and having flac is also a proper remux as pcm has device compatibility issues too.pcm is noncompressed lossless while thd,dts hd ma,flac is a lossless compression.So TTGA won't keep PCM,WAV audio tracks in their Remux
All the best BDRemux's use FLAC. =)
