For anyone with the same problem as voath, use the torrent file instead to start. Remove the magnet torrent entry first.

After doing that, I got 30 Mbit/s.

I can confirm the magnet link for this is borked. Refuses to download for some reason. Also this has a dub if someone could upload it with that intact or Dual-Audio it would be much appreciated.
